For the past five years, I have used the app Educreations in my classroom. We have used the free version all these years. The free version gives my classroom everything that we need. We create it, save it, and can watch it again. If we need review, we go back to our saved creations. The free version only allows you to work on one project at a time. We use this whiteboard app as a final project to show what we know. If we are working on compound words, we create a video to help us review for our test. Want to find me on social media? It is also an easy way for me to demonstrate something for you.  This app can be used to practice sight words, writing spelling sentences, creating summaries, etc. The lite version is FREE.  I HAVE CREATED A PACKET OF RESOURCES FOR STUDENTS TO PRACTICE NOTETAKING, COMPARING/CONTRASTING BOOKS, APPSMASHING BOOKS INTO OTHER APPS, VISUAL BOOK REPORTS, FOLDABLES, BINGO AND CHOICE BOARDS FOR STUDENTS TO USE.   THE POEMS IN THIS APP COULD EASILY BE USED FOR FLUENCY PRACTICE AND SUCH. SO MANY CHOICES AND SO MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS. CHOICE IS THE KEY!  THE NEXT TWO PICS SHOW MY STUDENTS USING THE FOLDABLE NOTES TO PRACTICE NOTE TAKING FROM THE IPAD TO A PIECE OF PAPER. THAT IS A MUST NEED PRACTICE FOR OUR STATE ASSESSMENT.   HERE ONE STUDENT USES HIS IPAD TO HOST THE OUTLINE ON HIS DEVICE AND THE OTHER IPAD IS USED TO GO BACK INTO THE STORY. TALK ABOUT WONDERFUL TEAM WORK!
